Keepers will index your photo library, filter out non-family pictures, e.g. receipts, screenshots or memes, and organise your photos into an easy-to-navigate folder structure. For example, it creates an album for each family member that auto-updates when new photos are taken; it also organises each holiday into separate albums for the places you visited.
Alex has been crafting Keepers since early 2018. Now the app is about to enter a private testing phase and you’re invited to try it out!

How does Keepers improve on traditional photo management systems like Google Photos or iPhoto?
Those tools step in and make decisions for you, which I feel is quite presumptuous. No matter how clever software becomes, I don’t think it can ever replace the parents who took the photos in the first place. The goal of Keepers is to automate all the repetitive and tedious tasks so you can dictate your preferences on what’s important to you.
Will my photos be safe and secure while using Keepers?
Keepers only indexes your photos; this means that your primary photo library remains intact without ‘doubling’ up on your photos. Privacy is front of mind and Keepers acts only as an organisational management tool. We appreciate the importance of keeping your data safe and secure. We treat data safety as one of our core design priorities and perform regular security audits to ensure the safety of your data.
How much will Keepers cost?
The Keepers team are all parents ourselves, as such we appreciate how precious family photos are. We are committed to keeping your families’ memories safe & secure and will not allow paid advertising on our App. We are considering a subscription fee of $9.95 per month.
