Welcome to the “Capture Your Happy Place” photography competition, designed especially for primary & intermediate school children across Dunedin!

Get ready to showcase your creativity and photography skills as you embark on a journey to capture the essence of your happy place during the upcoming spring school holidays (25 September – 8th October).

The theme of this competition is “Capture Your Happy Place.” We want you to photograph the special spots that bring joy, comfort, and happiness to your heart. Whether it’s a natural landscape, a cosy corner at home, a favourite park, baking with your parent or any other place that makes you smile; we can’t wait to see your creative interpretations!

Submit your photograph into one of three categories:

• Years 1-2
• Years 3-4
• Years 5-8

Win prizes in each category:

• 1st Place – 8×10” print of your photograph, a $100 HappyMoose gift voucher and a certificate of achievement.
• 2nd Place – 8×10” print of your photograph, a $50 HappyMoose gift voucher and a certificate of achievement.
• 3rd Place – 8×10” print of your photograph, a $25 HappyMoose gift voucher and a certificate of achievement.
• There will also be a $100 HappyMoose gift voucher for the school with the most entries.
